RLY-Studio's Team
Welcome to RLY-Studio's team of experienced and certified yoga instructors.
Laura Brey
Founder of RLY-Studio, E-RYT200, RYT-500

Laura's yoga journey began in 2015 when she first stepped onto a yoga mat.
She took her first Alignment Yoga teacher training in Germany where she discovered the benefits of Iyengar Yoga, a teaching style that would shape her classes. Her curiosity about the ancient roots of yoga led her back to the birthplace of yoga, India. She traveled to the Himalaya Mountains in Rishikesh to explore the rich yogic traditions. Here, she attended several teacher trainings in a diverse range of styles: traditional Hatha-Yoga, to Ashtanga Vinyasa and Aerial Yoga.

Liz H.
RYT-200, Certified in The Rocket Vinyasa System
My yoga journey started 8 years ago while working as a travel physical therapist when a coworker invited me to the class she taught and was hooked within a few classes. While traveling for work, going to local yoga studios was how I found community outside of work. I dove deeper into my practice when my boyfriend (now husband) was stationed overseas. This led me to pursue and complete my yoga teacher training summer of 2022 while my husband was deployed and teach at the gym on base.
